This policy describes how DavenRentals LLC (“DavenRentals,” “we”) handles information in connection with the DavenRentals Ops application and this website.

Information we access

When an authorized DavenRentals account owner signs in with Google, DavenRentals Ops may access Google user data within the scopes that user approves, such as email messages, calendar events, Drive files, and spreadsheet contents. We may also process information about tenants, guests, vendors, and properties as needed to operate our rental business.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate and manage DavenRentals LLC’s rental business: bookkeeping, scheduling, property management, and communication with tenants, guests, and vendors. We do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

DavenRentals Ops’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read this data except with the account owner’s consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, cloud hosting, accounting, and property-management platforms), with our tax and legal advisors, or when required by law.

Storage and security

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using access controls and encryption in transit. We keep information only as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can revoke DavenRentals Ops’ access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email davenrentals@gmail.com.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
