These terms govern use of the DavenRentals website and the DavenRentals Ops application, operated by DavenRentals LLC.
Use
DavenRentals Ops is an internal tool for DavenRentals LLC and its authorized users. You may use it only if DavenRentals LLC has authorized you, and only for the business’s rental operations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Third-party services
The application connects to third-party services such as Google. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.
No warranty
The website and application are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DavenRentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms, or suspend or end access to the application, at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
